Parrotlet Cage
The parrotlet has been described as
a tiny bird with a big personality. Although small, these birds need a good sized
parrotlet cage. The birdcage should be a minimum of 18” x 18”. The reason for this
is because parrotlets are extremely active. They spend hours swinging, climbing,
playing with toys and just having fun. Obviously they need a parrotlet cage that
is large enough for them to move around in.
If you plan on purchasing more than
one parrotlet, a sectional cage divider is important. These little birds can be
ferocious and aggressive towards other parrots. They simply do not know how to share
anything, including food, toys and their owner’s attention. They are quick to become
jealous, angry and aggressive. Unless you are willing to purchase various parrotlet
cages, a divider is non-negotiable.
A Parrotlet Cage with A Divider
Not all birdcages have dividers. So
when shopping around, keep your eye out for this feature. However, all the bird
enclosures offered by Cages By Design can be partitioned with a removable divider.
The Majestic birdcages are extremely
beautiful and have a unique furniture like appearance. Each birdcage is carefully
handcrafted so that every piece is finished to perfection. If you’re looking for
a decorative parrotlet cage, the Majestic birdcages may be just what you need.
Then there are the Hybrid parrot cages.
These bird enclosures come in a variety of sizes. You’ll be able to find anything
from toucan cages, budgie cages to large macaw cages. These models are exceptionally
strong and durable, plus they are quite attractive.
Finally, if you’re considering an
avairy of any kind, check out the Suncatcher aviaries. These habitats could easily
house a number of parrotlets. And you can purchase as many dividers as you need
for the parrotlet cage.
When it comes to quality, durability
and options, you won’t find a more reliable company than Cages By Design!
